I would like to comment on the relief and the satisfaction I received from the services provided by The Shouse Law Group and specifically their attorney- Mr. Mark R[redacted]. I was helping a friend that was here on a work visa and who was arrested for a PC 647.6. My friend was completely at a loss and devastated by the charge. English is a second language for him and he required all the support he could get. I did a web search for the penal code and the location of attorneys that specialized in this. I found and contacted Shouse Law Group and their response to my questions were immediate. Due to a busy work schedule we had limited time to meet on this charge. My friend had already been entered into databases for the CBP and DHS and this charge was going to prevent him from working in their controlled areas. Mark R[redacted] was very accommodating with responding to us by phone, text and email, along with creating windows of time to meet him. Mark was able to secure an office near our work site to meet and disc[redacted] the elements of the case.
The first meeting was positive and productive and our anxiety was greatly reduced. We definitely appreciated Mark and his team (Daniel B. & others) and their ability to provide documentation and other transactions via their firms secure website. Instructions were always precise and easy to follow. The meeting location and the firm's business efficiency was important to us since we could not miss our contract work requirements, and more time was afforded to the resolution of the case.
Mark went immediately to work and was able to resolve within a few weeks by calling and meeting with the investigators. The appearance in court was no longer necessary and the citation was quickly dismissed. Mark followed up with us to make sure my friend had received the appropriate documentation from the Police Department. This paperwork from the police cleared my friend's status with the CBP and the DHS, and allowed him to continue with his work. I will absolutely keep The Shouse Law Group and Mr. Mark R[redacted]'s contact info in my phone, and will not hesitate to refer friends, family or myself if ever in need.

I was charged with domestic violence and didn't know what to do. Atty. [redacted] was able to reduce the charge to disturbing the peace. I was so relieved and grateful. After a year, I was charged with probation violation. I did not hesitate to contact Atty. [redacted] to represent me again. He was very passionate and knowledgeable when he was defending me in the court, and I was really impressed. The case was dropped. Thank you for another job well done! Atty. [redacted] was very helpful and professional.

Words can not express the gratitude I have for the Shouse Law Group. More to the point, Leo Manalo was truly amazing representing my daughter in her criminal case. She was facing 4 misdemeanor charges that if convicted would of been extremely difficult for her to attain her career goals. Mr. K[redacted] and his team resolved my criminal matter out of the San Fernando courthouse and was quick to respond to your inquiries, helped me through a scary time, and ultimately was successful preventing 3rd strike charges from being filed against me. First time DUI offender, I was desperate to find a good attorney and quick! To complicate matters even more, my case was a refusal case with not much evidence to work with. I found DUI defense attorney John Murray and was able to make an appt with him the very next day after my arrest. Not knowing what to expect, John was very helpful and patient, even sharing from his own personal experiences. He'll even throw in a few good laughs, free of charge! He spent a few hours answering mine and my worried-sick mother's questions on our initial visit. Every time I needed to get in touch with him thereafter, he would promptly respond via text. His assistant Nora was also very thorough and made the clerical stuff very easy. In the long run, we did not decide to take my case to trial but he was able to reduce the 3 enhancements that come with a refusal. I received 1yr license suspension (non-negotiable for refusals), 3month DUI class (down from 9mos), $2000 in fines (steep!), 14days community labor (worst of all!) but no jail, and 3yrs probation. I am still awaiting my DMV hearing, with fingers crossed! I would say if there is any negative is that he does seem to juggle a very large load of cases, but I never questioned his comittment to mine. All in all, John is a great attorney! He is definitely a firecracker who knows his stuff and will fight for you!

There were many errors on the part of physicians involved as well as the DMV and it became very complex. Five stars for Attorney John M[redacted] who worked with me almost 8 months on my case. I paid a one time fee. Not only did he patiently explain all of the legal jargon that I don't know, he constantly reassured me that everything was going to work out. Everything was handled electronically and I didn't have to appear in court until the last day which was for just a few signatures. I saw a lot of people without attorneys and boy, was I glad that I booked John M[redacted] because when the day comes and you have to stand in court in front of a judge, you want an great attorney. Everyone knew John and called him "Mr. M[redacted]" which made me feel very confident. He treated me with respect 100% of the time and was able to communicate with me by phone, email, and text. Karthik at Shouse Law group is a great attorney. Recently I got in troube with Law enforcement and contacted Karthik as he has helped one of my family member several years ago. I can not describe his professionalism, his intelligence, his way of approaching the case, his way of listening to your concerns and than acting on it accordingly, He was able to convince the district attorney to not file charges against me on the very first hearing and was successfull in that.
