I paid for 5 cords of firewood but only received 3. I took pictures to prove to him and he said ....Let's meet in the middle and I'll give you one more cord. Why would I want to get less than what I paid for. He has blocked my phone number, so it goes right to voicemail. So he won't take my calls. I've called him from different phones and when he finds out its me, he hangs up. I just want what I paid for.
Called and spoke with the business, he stated that he sold the consumer 5 cords and gave him exactly what he paid for. The consumer took it into basement and then took me that I did not give him 5, when I know I did. He admits that he did tell consumer, lets meet in the middle and I will give you 1 cord. They agreed. He said that after he thought about it, he said that he knows that he gave him 5 and decided not to give him the 1 cord. Business has decided to give the consumer the 1 cord and will drop it off at the consumer's driveway.
Called business and spoke with Mr. K. He stated that he would bring one cord and leave in his driveway the weekend of the 20th. He advised that he does not want to see the consumer because he does not want any trouble. Advising the consumer.
Consumer called inquiry lines. Did not get response because he doesn't check email. Yes, the bus dropped off one cord of wood but he was shorted 2. The judgment is for $140 plus $15 court fee. This has to be paid by court order.
Consumer has been paid in full. Judgement has been satisfied. Business sent copy of check for verification.

Had Shovel Head Stump Grinding grind out a large stump to make way for a new driveway. Jason is very professional and does a very good work. The work site was spotless when the job was complete and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Shovel Head to anyone in need of stump grind.

First, the owner answered the phone, not an answering service. He came out the same day to give me a quote, which was reasonable for the amount of work necessary. The following day, he showed up, and not only ground the stumps, but leveled the area reasonably well and THEN, returned with a trailer to load out all the large pieces. I am very pleased with the end result, which was more than I expected. Most companies leave all the debris for you to pick up. Jason is hard working, courteous and responsive to your concerns.
