I am extremely disappointed with the service I received through this companyI wanted to order a satellite phone to have on my week long trip through Canyonlands in case of any emergenciesWhen I received my original phone it did not workThey attempted to help troubleshoot over the phone, but could not get it to workThey then offered to ship one overnight to Moab to arrive on Saturday 6/2/I actually do appreciate their efforts and everything was great up until this pointHowever, they shipped it overnight (not Saturday delivery) and a replacement phone did not arrive until 6/4/At this point it was already too late since I was already in Canyonlands on my trip and would not have access to a phone again until 6/9/I am thankful nothing happened and there were no emergencies during this week, but it would have been great to have just in caseNot to mention that not having a phone in a harsh and remote environment such as Canyonlands could have been potentially dangerous if anything had happened
I understand things happen and generally try to be patient and understanding when unforeseen events like a phone not working happenThey tried to make the situation better by sending an overnight replacement phone, but failed to make sure it was a Saturday deliveryHonestly, the most frustrating part was the lack of Customer ServiceWhen I tracked the replacement order on FedEx and realized that the phone would not be there until Monday and I immediately called on 6/1/to try and get this correctedI spoke to a representative on FridayIt was towards the end of the day and it sounded like the representative just wanted to get me off of the phone as soon as possible so that she can go home for the dayI was hung up on the first time and when I called back I got the same representativeShe made it very clear the phones were about to be shut off, but she would follow up with me later to see if the shipment could be changedI never got a follow up call and again I am convinced she was just trying to get me off the phone at that pointIt would have been better if she had called and let me know the phone would not be there on Saturday instead of no follow up at allI would have been disappointed, but would have appreciated the efforts
I originally went with this company because they have great prices on rentalsHowever, I would MUCH rather pay more and have equipment that works and decent customer serviceI would caution anyone considering this companyYou get what you pay for

I was billed for phone calls I did not makeI called and sent emails without response!
I contracted a satellite phone company (satphonestore) on 10/02/I received and email from them notifying me that I'm scheduled for an activation
On 10/03/I received an email letting me know that my new SIM card is being shippedI received another email on the same date telling me that my phone is active nowon the next day, 10/04/got an email letting me know that my SIM card is active now! On 10/04/I opened a ticket for tech support online letting them know my phone is not working and on the 10/08/I received an email informing me of this:
"Team,
Customer received his number showing activated When he enters the SIM card it says invalid SIM We have a number already in his order so it should show active If we are good on activation's, lets move this to tech support It may be a bad SIM reader on the phone"
This email from clearly indicates that I have a pro
