Mr. [redacted] called me and said his [redacted] car had been hit by lighting and that the charger was not working. I told him if he gave me the vin # I could look up and see if there were any recalls on this unit. He provided me the information and I checked on [redacted] web sight and found that there were...

recalls on his unit. I told him if the damage was one of these recall that there would no charge to him only the pick up and delivery fee would be his cost of $120.00. He agreed to have the unit picked up and checked out and the recalls done. After checking out the unite we found the batteries bad and told him we had to have good batteries in the unit to run any test. I gave him a price on batteries and he deiced to go and purchase the batteries else where and provide them to us. .After doing the recalls it was found that his charger was faulty and was not part of the recalls on the unit. I called and talked to Mr. [redacted] and informed him that there would be a cost. I had contacted [redacted] and as if this could be covered and they said no because it is not part of the recalls. 
I am trying to work out something with Mr. [redacted] so that the cost will be minimal And he feels that he should not have to pay anything and that Show Low Motorsports should absorb all the cost. I cannot stay in business if we did this. 
We ordered the part and it came in and was defective and had to order another unit and I am waiting on the part to arrive. And put the part in and verify that all works properly. The [redacted] car has been here for almost 2 months but part of the time was waiting on decisions to be made as to whether to sell the unit to us or have it repaired. I will work out a reasonable repair for the both of us.

Worst experience ever at show low motor sports service dep. Took my bike in for an insurance estimate after my shed collapsed on it. They could not find the parts and did not send or contact the insurance about the estimate or the issues they had with finding parts . When I went to pick the bike up they charged me 100 .00 plus to get my bike back with nothing being done to it . They said that this was what it would cost to get my bike back . Will not go back even to buy a quart of oil. What a ripoff! They charge for doing nothing. And it took weeks to find out that they would do nothing. They lost my business from now on. All I wanted was an estimate for my insurance! Do they not know what an estimate is!
