We at Show Me Auto Mall feel this is more than fairYou purchased your truck April 16, with miles on it and now it is March 11, and the miles are Which I know you have had some issues with the truckWe have fixed everything else on the truckBut almost a year later on a rear end that we have no records in our system of having issues with, we think that us paying $and you paying $of the total of $is fairI know that you canceled your extended service plan because of the payments but this is why we offer them for worse case situationsI am sorry this happened to you and your familyPlease let us know if you reconsider our offer

your truck was not covered on the powertrain, but we did take care of the issue paying $plus partsAfter your 3/powertrain had expired you called upset about the truck having issues againWhich at this time it was injectors, that are not covered under the powertrain warranty, which we paid for which was $So here at Show Me Auto Mall we feel that it was fair that we paid for a total of $4707, on your truck after your warranty had expiredSorry that you feel we haven’t tried, but for this reason is way we offer extended service plans, which at the time of purchase you did decline

The day that your boyfriend Brandon called you in my office ,1/27/2015, you understood this and had no concerns, at the time that he took the money. [redacted] dealer recommended a coolant flush and I stated that we would take care of that also at no cost to you. Oh and I know you said you were quitting smoking and wanted to look how much a detail was and I stated that we would do it at our cost for you. I feel that we have satisfied all the things that you were concerned with. Excluding the paperwork that I can not fix, because the bank has had it now for almost 5 months. Like I said please call me when you are ready to do the coolant flush and the detail.    We have issued back the money to the [redacted] family as of 1/27/2015. Not sure why this review has not been taken down. Now they did realize that we had to keep some funds for the damage that they did to the car. Which was because the customer put in his own...

head lights which were incorrect and they caught the car on fire. So the headlight assembly to be replaced along with misc wiring and the hood and bumper had to be repainted. I feel like we were more than fare with the settlement. I would like this review removed please. Thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that the truck should be fully repaired at Show Me Auto Mall Costs because the rear end of the truck was busted when we bought the truck. In the began when the problem was noticed Show Me Auto Mall said they would fix it. Now, Show Me Auto Mall is only wanting to cover half the rear end repair.
