*** *** purchased a Cadillac Deville on 3/2/and did put $down and agreed per her signed contract to make payments with interest of 23.99% for the differenceShe was set up on $bi-weekly payment that was designed to fit her budgetHer first payment was due on
3/16/, yet Miss *** failed to make her first payment until 4/7/and she only made a payment of $which at that time did not bring her current with her car paymentRepeated efforts were made to get Miss *** currentShe made me aware that the vehicle's gas mileage was not condusive to her new job doing pizza deliveryShe expressed an interest in trading it and I made her aware that the option to trade out of the vehicle was available assuming she had paid her taxes and had her title for the Cadillac in her nameShe picked out a vehicle that was more expensive than the one she was currently drivingIt was newer and had less miles and similarly equippedWhen I told her she would have to give difference she became livid and said she was no longer going to pay for the carShe then left the dealership and stopped returning phone callsIt was at this point, she was now well over days behind on her car payments and our only recourse was to repossess the vehicle which she still owed a significant balance on. There was over $spent in the repossession process as Miss *** was hiding the vehicle to prevent recourse and required a full detail plus maitenence and another state inspectionThe vehicle is still currently in a repossession status and has not been soldMiss *** was given days post repossession to get current and reimburse Show Me Motor Sports for the repossession fees but all she did was send in a friend to get her belongings out of the vehicleWe have not heard back from her since the repossession until this complaint was submittedAll in all, Miss *** fell far behind on payments, refused to make more payments and could have easily been resolved if she had maintained contact and continued to make paymentsThe car is in good running order, unfortunately Miss *** took a job that the vehicle she purchased was not a economical optionSincerely,*** *** Finance Manager at Show Me Motor Sports
