I am rejecting this response because: we received the property initially and no cleaning had been done, not any repairs were made prior to us moving in upon the execution of our lease and all attempts to communicate with the landlord fell on deaf ears. His reponse is inaccurate and and out right lie The only explanation could be that his management company is taking advantage of him, but I highly doubt this since communication to resolve issue went without response.

vacated the property items that are left behind are typically put out by the dumpster. Security deposit statements were sent on August 28th certified mail with an itemized statement. I will resend a statement to the address that was provided on the complaint. We did not have any complaints regarding broken windows before and the house has always been up to code. I will mail in a copy of the certified mail statement and the statement that was resent.
