TCS is top notch! James was fantastic to work with. He was in constant communication with me and explained everything very well. He was super helpful and really honest about everything. I can't say enough good things about James,TCS and Armando and his crew. When the work started Armando and his crew were very polite, very prompt and above all the hardest working crew we have ever seen. They did a fantastic job on the roof and the clean up afterwards was great! They kept checking for nails several times and got 99.9% of them :)

We contracted with TCS recently for our roof replacement. Switching to a Metal roof, we had a lot of questions. James was such a wealth of knowledge and patience walking us thru the considerations and process involved. We met with other contractors but TCS was the best by far. Our installation was flawless and we were kept apprised of every step. Truly professional in all aspects. The new roof and gutters are everything we hoped it would be and more. The TCS team has been a great partner in this project, insuring our desires were met and even exceeded. I would highly recommend them for your home project needs.

TCS recently provided a roof replacement and did a nice job. They responded in a timely fashion to my initial call and provided a clear estimate very quickly. Josh was polite and professional. I was pleased with the communication throughout the process. Workers showed up on time, worked efficiently to complete the roof in one 12 hour day and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend this company.

James, professional, honest, detail he did excellent job! He honor a letter he wrote in 2018 for repairs on a roof. He was out dinner with his family. He took time to call me back. To do repairs on roof. He took care of maintenance on roof in timely manner and wrote a letter to Insurance Company. I will use his company again and recommend his company to my friends.

We had old gutters removed and new ones installed. Provided excellent customer service. Very efficient and quick turn around. Workers were professional and friendly and cost was fair. We would recommend TCS to our friends and family.

TCS provided excellent communication and very reliable. Tree fell on my house and James gave me the immediate attention needed to meet my insurance inspector at my house before I was heading out of town. James F was terrific. There were no financial "surprises" AND in fact prepared me for possible higher costs depending on the decking requirements. He was honest however, and did not need as much decking replacement and work was done timely and looks great!! I would recommend this company to all my friends. My daughter also used him and same superb results!

I recently contacted multiple contractors to get quotes on replacing my roof. TCS was the only one to respond the same day and do an onsite assessment the next day. James was extremely thorough, taking multiple photos and explaining what needed to be done. I received a quote that same day. It was a no-brainer to chose TCS. The workers arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get the roof done the same day. Two days later they came out and did our gutters. I am very happy with the quick response, the conscientiousness of James and the workers, and the reasonable price.

I called four different roofing companies for a quote on the same day and TCS was the first to respond the same day. They came out and quoted me a price on getting my gutters repaired and scheduled a date to do the repairs before a couple of the other companies even contacted me about the quote. They were fast and the repairs were top quality!!

This last storm that Nashville experienced with wind, lighting and tornado damage my roof and service mast was struck by lighting damaging my roof. I previously had some repairs done with TCS and was happy with their service so I called them. James F was overwhelmed with work but took time to come to my home on the weekend and estimate my damage and immediately began working with my insurance company. They were able to quickly get me scheduled and sent their crew out to replace it . Their work crew were hard working and very considerate of clean up and time efficient. TCS was great to work with. They communicated everything and I knew exactly what to expect and when. They were also priced great. I called numerous contractors and TCS blew all the other bids out of the water. Would highly recommend them!

We recently needed a new shingle roof on our home due to storm damage. We contacted several contractors to come give us bids. While we waited two weeks for others, James came to our home promptly after our request even though he was swamped with calls due to the storm. He was knowledgeable and was able and willing to answer our questions. We decided to have TCS do our work and James was willing to work around our schedule. His crew arrived as scheduled, worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up after the install and our new roof looks great. The office staff were very pleasant and easy to work with also. We would recommend James and TCS with 5 stars.

Contacted company for a roofing estimate and James responded quickly (even though he was on vacation at the time). Had the most competitive bid and was very knowledgeable and professional - he knows the roofing business so I felt at ease. He kept in contact regarding suitable weather for roofing and let me know in advance of appt. His office sends a checklist and lets you know what to expect day of. Crew came out early, worked all day and did a great job. Cleaned up, did a walk around inspection before leaving. Highly recommend for your roofing needs.

TCS did a great job on my gutters! The were prompt and reasonable with the quote, completed the work on time and left the yard clean and the gutters looking great!

These guys redid 3 flat sections of my roof & replaced a skylight. As expected, delays & timing were always called to me in advance so there were no surprises. They showed up when they said they would. A rarity among contractors these days.

We have used TCS twice in the past year. Once for gutter replacement and once for a new roof (most recently). They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Every person we have dealt with is professional, the work is great and very reasonably priced, and any one showing up to our house identified themselves and had a business card or ID. We will definitely use them again for our next project (siding).
