SHOWCASE HOMES never showed up to do the workthey refuse to pay me for my materials that they broke @ or used and they refuse to pay me for the construction garbage that they left after they told me to pay someone to do it and they'd reimburse meThere are electrical problems, cosmetic problems, Windows in the wrong place, sinks that I paid for that aren't installedCountertops that are supposed to be black @ there dark green, registers that no air or heat come out ofThere's a lot more but I think you get the picture.

***,I am very sorry for your inconvenience I realize that making a purchase this large can be frustrating and time consuming I'm sure it was a good feeling when you left here that day thinking that your decision process was over and that you could finally put this part of the
process to "bed" I am sorry for that. This was an honest mistake All of the numbers were disclosed on the proposal, however, they just weren't totaled properly at the bottom We would never intentionally try to be deceitful - which is why we immediately refunded your deposit I wish there was more I could say to make the situation better but it was simply an honest clerical error on our part.I wish you and your family all the best on your new home project! If there is anything we can do for you please reach out to myself, or *** ***. Talk soon,*** ***President

After having a lengthy conversation with Mr*** we scheduled to perform service work at his house on December 9th The agreement was that he was going to pay his balance on his home before any more service work was performed Upon confirming the appointment Mr*** he made it clear that he was not paying Showcase Homes the remaining balance At that point we informed Mr*** that we would not perform any more service on his home until it was paid in full The ironic thing is that the customers that have paid for their homes have already had their service work completed - it's that simple The rest of his argument has already been addressed in the last response As far as the counter top concern - those have already been replaced In closing, once Mr*** pays his balance due (with a fair & reasonable credit towards the trash removal) we will perform his service work This is our final offer for a resolution.Thank you

First of all, we discussed having the customer back fill his cement slab so that we would be able to get the new home onto it (twice we inspected the job and went over these details). Upon arriving to set the home on the slab the work wasn’t done. We did use the cement forms (that were
there and used for pouring the slab) to get the home up onto the slab and broke some 2xlumber in the process. We expressed to him that we would be happy to reimburse him for these. There is no way that there was more than $in lumberSecondly, when the home was installed on the slab the customer told our workman that his "stern man" could pick up the trash and we said that we would be happy to reimburse him The cost of trash removal, however, has been grossly exaggerated by the customer. The most that this should cost is $300. His claim that it took hours and loads just isn’t fair & reasonableWe have previously agreed to deduct the $for miscellaneous lumber, blocks or other materials, and for trash removal from his balance of $2,313. We will still honor that agreement. We also explained to him that we would not perform any more work at his home until he paid his balance due on the home. At present his balance is $2,(less the $600) for a total of $1,713. Once we are paid we will perform the service related items he has on his list
