I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business does not make sense. In addition, to the portion that we could understand, none of the accusations are "preposterous" since the business has neglected to fulfill the contractual agreements by walking away without finishing a job that was paid for in full. Attempts were made to contact the business with no response, i.e.: phone calls and messages left; text messages not responded to; and we are now in the process of sending a certified letter with return receipt to see if that will get his attention, and so we know how to take legal action against this business.
