Showcase rcvd my objection to the claim on my security deposit 8/10/After numerous attempts, I have yet to hear from Broker, Karen G [redacted] I have been dealing with Showcase Property since 6/8/2015, and never have I had a pleasant experience when dealing with themThey have a high employee turn over, are extremely unorganized and an absolute pain to do business withHowever, working with the public myself, I was always clear, efficient, patient, and cordialI have on record over emails regarding our rental property over the last years, including pictures and supportive documentationI have always kept a clean property which was noted by their facility inspector at every inspectionI have documentation to show their claims for my security deposit is absolutely absurdIf you read the endless poor reviews on google you will see this is a re-occurring theme with themIf you speak to their former employees you will find their business practices and book keeping needing
Imagine waiting for your security deposit AND PET DEPOSIT, you receive a bogus claim for new furniture after you suffered through SHOWCASE'S OLD, MOLD FILLED CUSHIONS, DILAPIDATED TABLES I have beautiful antiques, and costly couchesI used the 2nd bathroom to HIDE Showcase's furnishings! Imagine being a seller and the day your home closes escrow the person at the leasing company, Beverly M*** actually had no idea, when rental was going to be ready to move in

Do not rent or purchase anything from this company. If you own property do not even use this company as a property management company. You are wasting your money. Worst experience I have ever had renting. They will not fix anything, and if they do they will "rig it". And will not get back you in a timely manner. Boy it's it hot without a/c. Do not repair anything yourself and expect money back for it. Then when you leave they will try to charge for unseen amount of garbage. Things they didn't even do. It's ashame to be a good person and an a good renter. They will treat you like trash !!!
