Ok so I just filed a complaint with these people regarding the cheap electronic micro needle tool I bought there that broke after one use and they refused to give me a refund they offered a 15 percent discount on my next purchase assuming I would shop there again this roller cost me about 20 dollars but looking for 10 and exchange a cheaper roller I bought as I was forced to buy 2 and I only need one because they would not give me my money back. Now I am after them for more. The *** I bought from them the same day, not even a week ago is broke, the tip is completely shattered and I was not rough with it what so ever, I just picked it up to use it and noticed its completely damaged. *** I paid about $70 for it and would very much like my money back, not a replacement that will just break that easily on me again and not in store credit as I'd rather not shop there anymore with this poor customer service.
Refund I want my money back on my card for both the electric micro needle roller and this derma wand.

In response to the complaint filed by Ms., she has been informed of the Showcase return policy both by myself (Store Manager) and my online support team. We have offered her a 30 day period to exchange her defective product in store.
Showcase has the company return policy signed at our register as well as printed on the receipt for the consumer.
For in store purchases, we offer 14 days for an in store credit or exchange on unwanted, re-sellable merchandise, and 30 days for the same on defective merchandise. Consumables and hygiene items are final sale unless un-opened.
We have extended this offer to Ms.Miller to resolve this issue.
