My wife and I hired Zach S*** to redo our backyard and we signed on with him in the middle of August He agreed to finish the entire project by Labor Day but it is not October and the project isn't even half complete
The project scope included removing and replacing our fence, removing and replacing our patio with new stone pavers, removing and replacing our deck, building a number of elevated planter beds, installing granite stepping stones to our garage, and then installing landscaping
The only item that his been completed is the fence The deck is framed but there is no decking installed and no stairs The patio area has sand laid down but no pavers There are stone walls that are incomplete, and the entire area up to our garage is just dirt with no pavers, no planters, and no landing installed next to the garage
We have a series of emails and text messages from Zach in which we were promised completion by certain dates (multiple times) or he would refund our mon
