We had a shower door install by shower door by ** in august.There is a crack on the tile where the door is install and we call them and told them about it, they told us to take a picture and send it to themWe have done that over a month ago and they have not respond to usAlso the rubber under the shower that is suppose to protect the water is coming apartWhen my husband call them they told him that maybe someone pull it out with there footMy husband told them no one has done any such thing They told my husband to push it in because it just slide out and if that doesn't work to call them back We tried to push it and it didn't work and we call them back and haven't heard from themwe are very disappointed with there lack of professionalismWe just had it done in less than three month and shouldn't have any problem with the product
