Ok let us first say that we as a company take all of our clients issues very seriously and do everything that we can to make sure that all clients come out of our program satisfied which is why you will see that we have been in business since November of and have NEVER had a single Revdex.com complaint and why we have nothing but star reviews and ratings on google about our company I do have to admit that when I received this complaint I was VERY VERY upset because of how frivolous and inaccurate this complaint isThis client Ms [redacted] has not been a client of ours for over months and now she wants to come on the Revdex.com's website and complainIt is clear that Ms [redacted] is only making this dispute because her and my wife who is also a co-owner in my business use to be acquaintances on a personal level with Ms [redacted] through a mutual friend named [redacted] outside of anything to do with our business and recently there was a falling out between my wife [redacted] and her mutual friend [redacted] and Ms***'s and ironically the day after they had this personal issue comes up out of nowhere now Ms [redacted] wants to get online and start writing a completely frivolous complaints about our company that are so far from reality or the truth like this Revdex.com complaint Please note that it is obvious that Ms [redacted] is just simply trying to retaliate on her PERSONAL issues with my wife that have nothing to do with our business relationship at all and is only trying to deface our company's name which we do intend to seek legal counsel on to see what our options are to defend our self from frivolous yet damaging complaints like this that could cost our company a lot of money in lost clients over something complete false. We intend to provide you a thorough explanation of our relationship with Ms [redacted] and the results of her program with us to show that our company did everything that we could to help Ms [redacted] just like we do with all of our clientsTo make things easy I will address one of Ms***s statements at a time1st) Mrs [redacted] stated that she paid us per month for a year which was inaccurateShe paid us $per month per the credit repair agreement that she signed and agreed to upon the date of enrollment which we have attached a copy of to this complain for the Revdex.com to review2nd) What Ms [redacted] said about telling her that there was nothing else we could do to fix her credit at the end because she had to pay off her car is true because we had already gotten all of the other derogatory collection accounts and charge off accounts removed from her credit and had already improved her credit scores well over points since she enrolled with us and at that point the only thing Ms [redacted] had on her credit were MAJOR delinquent loans with [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, And [redacted] and those were all accounts that Ms [redacted] completely stopped paying on and because of that the accounts were very behind and had been charged-off and sent to collectionsWe did attempt to work on these accounts per Ms***'s request however they came back completely "Verified as accurate" by the credit bureaus per the Fair Credit Reporting Act so the only thing at that point that could be done is suggest to the client to settle those debts so that is what we didWe simply told Mrs [redacted] that we did not want to keep taking her $a month if there was not further results we thought we could get her so we just simply told her that we suggest cancelling her account with us and save that $a month she was paying us and start saving that up to settle those last remaining debtsMost people in this situation would be happy that a company was honest with them and told them to cancel instead of just continuing to take the clients money when they knew their wasn't much more they could do for the client3rd.) Mrs***s statement about never being "in a contract" was a constant issue with her that she couldn't seem to understand although I tried to explain it to her multiple timesWe explained that she was not in a term contract meaning that she was not locked into a month, month, month, month, contract or anything of that nature but of course per Missouri Credit Repair Organization Law all credit repair companies are required to have all clients sign an agreement laying out the terms of the agreement and giving the client all of the required disclosures that are required to be provided to every client per the law which we of course had Mr [redacted] sign upon enrollment and we have enclosed a copy of that contract to this complaint for you all to see that Ms***s claims are invalid 4th.) As far as Ms***s statement she stated that upon cancellation that she was required to still pay us another $Well as stated above the payment amount first and foremost was $79, not $100, to be clear and yes Ms [redacted] was told that she was required to pay us her final payment because per the contract she signed it states that all clients pay us in arrears for the prior months workMs***s final payment was due on May 10th which had declined when it was autodebited on that date per her payment authorization form she signed in her contractWe then contacted Ms [redacted] that day and informed her that her payment declined for the work we did on her case the prior month and she then informed us that she wanted to cancel and we explained that we were actually going to suggest she cancelled as well because we had gotten all of the derogatory accounts deleted from her credit that we though we could and just explained to her that either way we would still need to be paid for the prior days work and Ms [redacted] then proceeded to tell us to run the card at a later date which we did and it declined because Ms [redacted] went to her bank and closed the card down so that we could not be paid for the final payment and then blocked out telephone number from being able to contact her as well as blocked us from her Facebook page so that we could not communicate with her on there like we had in the past as wellWe were NEVER paid for that final payment from Ms [redacted] and we could have potentially sent her to collections for non payment of that amount however we chose to do the courteous thing and just eat the loss and not send her to collections for breaching her contract and not paying us the final paymentI have attached a screenshots showing the dates that we attempted to process her final payment on numerous occasions and it never went through 5th.) And as far as her talking about her [redacted] scoresWe explained to Ms [redacted] that [redacted] .com credit scores are NOT her real FICO scoresWe attempted to educate Ms [redacted] on numerous occasions that [redacted] scores are called "Vantage 3.0" Scores which are basically fake scoresWe attempted to explain to Ms [redacted] the difference between a vantage score and a FICO score and explained that lenders use the FICO scores when pulling your credit for auto loans, home loans, etc and that just because [redacted] says your score is a does not mean that your FICO score will be As a matter of fact in many cases their are clients who's [redacted] scores are showing and their "REAL" Fico scores are It can vary dramaticallyNot to mention at that point the creditmonitoring program that we had Ms [redacted] using to review her scores every month was [redacted] .com which has shown that here scores had gone up roughly points since the date she enrolled with us Again this client has not even been a client of ours for over months and this complaint is clearly only coming about because of a PERSONAL issue between my wife, Ms***, and their friend [redacted] and this is just a way for Ms [redacted] to take out her anger on my wife by trying to deface my companyI hope that the Revdex.com investigator who reads this realize's that this is a completely frivolous complaint and does NOT post this in our complain history because I have worked so hard for the past years we have been in business to NEVER have a Revdex.com complaint and I hope you can see that this Revdex.com complaint has not validity or ground to stand onAnd as far as Ms***s Request for resolution of asking for a detailed list of things we did to better her credit we have already provided that info to Ms [redacted] on numerous occasions in previous emails to her upon her request which I have ALSO attached to this email as well for your records to once again show that we have done all of these things Ms [redacted] is claiming we did notThank you for your time and we truly do hope that the Revdex.com agent handling this complaint sees it for what it is and doesn't allow this woman to publicize a complaint that is completely invalid and only is intended as personal payback for a personal issue between her and my wife for an issue they have outside of this actual service with our companyThank you!

Ok let us first say that we as a company take all of our clients issues very seriously and do everything that we can to make sure that all clients come out of our program satisfied which is why you will see that we have been in business since November of 2010 and have NEVER had a single Revdex.com...

complaint and why we have nothing but 5 star reviews and ratings on google about our company.  I do have to admit that when I received this complaint I was VERY VERY upset because of how frivolous and inaccurate this complaint is. This client Ms. [redacted] has not been a client of ours for over 8 months and now she wants to come on the Revdex.com's website and complain. It is clear that Ms. [redacted] is only making this dispute because her and my wife who is also a co-owner in my business use to be acquaintances on a personal level with Ms. [redacted] through a mutual friend named [redacted] outside of anything to do with our business and recently there was a falling out between my wife [redacted] and her mutual friend [redacted] and Ms. [redacted]'s and ironically the day after they had this personal issue comes up out of nowhere now Ms. [redacted] wants to get online and start writing a completely frivolous complaints about our company that are so far from reality or the truth like this Revdex.com complaint.  Please note that it is obvious that Ms. [redacted] is just simply trying to retaliate on her PERSONAL issues with my wife that have nothing to do with our business relationship at all and is only trying to deface our company's name which we do intend to seek legal counsel on to see what our options are to defend our self from frivolous yet damaging complaints like this that could cost our company a lot of money in lost clients over something complete false. We intend to provide you a thorough explanation of our relationship with Ms. [redacted] and the results of her program with us to show that our company did everything that we could to help Ms. [redacted] just like we do with all of our clients. To make things easy I will address one of Ms. [redacted]s statements at a time. 1st) Mrs. [redacted] stated that she paid us 100 per month for a year which was inaccurate. She paid us $79 per month per the credit repair agreement that she signed and agreed to upon the date of enrollment which we have attached a copy of to this complain for the Revdex.com to review. 2nd) What Ms. [redacted] said about telling her that there was nothing else we could do to fix her credit at the end because she had to pay off her car is true because we had already gotten all of the other derogatory collection accounts and charge off accounts removed from her credit and had already improved her credit scores well over 150 points since she enrolled with us and at that point the only thing Ms. [redacted] had on her credit were 3 MAJOR delinquent loans with [redacted], And [redacted] and those were all accounts that Ms. [redacted] completely stopped paying on and because of that the accounts were very behind and had been charged-off and sent to collections. We did attempt to work on these accounts per Ms. [redacted]'s request however they came back completely "Verified as accurate" by the credit bureaus per the Fair Credit Reporting Act so the only thing at that point that could be done is suggest to the client to settle those debts so that is what we did. We simply told Mrs. [redacted] that we did not want to keep taking her $79 a month if there was not further results we thought we could get her so we just simply told her that we suggest cancelling her account with us and save that $79 a month she was paying us and start saving that up to settle those last 3 remaining debts. Most people in this situation would be happy that a company was honest with them and told them to cancel instead of just continuing to take the clients money when they knew their wasn't much more they could do for the client. 3rd.) Mrs. [redacted]s statement about never being "in a contract" was a constant issue with her that she couldn't seem to understand although I tried to explain it to her multiple times. We explained that she was not in a term contract meaning that she was not locked into a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, 24 month, contract or anything of that nature but of course per Missouri Credit Repair Organization Law all credit repair companies are required to have all clients sign an agreement laying out the terms of the agreement and giving the client all of the required disclosures that are required to be provided to every client per the law which we of course had Mr. [redacted] sign upon enrollment and we have enclosed a copy of that contract to this complaint for you all to see that Ms. [redacted]s claims are invalid.  4th.) As far as Ms. [redacted]s statement she stated that upon cancellation that she was required to still pay us another $100. Well as stated above the payment amount first and foremost was $79, not $100, to be clear and yes Ms. [redacted] was told that she was required to pay us her final payment because per the contract she signed it states that all clients pay us in arrears for the prior months work. Ms. [redacted]s final payment was due on May 10th 2018 which had declined when it was autodebited on that date per her payment authorization form she signed in her contract. We then contacted Ms. [redacted] that day and informed her that her payment declined for the work we did on her case the prior month and she then informed us that she wanted to cancel and we explained that we were actually going to suggest she cancelled as well because we had gotten all of the derogatory accounts deleted from her credit that we though we could and just explained to her that either way we would still need to be paid for the prior 30 days work and Ms. [redacted] then proceeded to tell us to run the card at a later date which we did and it declined because Ms. [redacted] went to her bank and closed the card down so that we could not be paid for the final payment and then blocked out telephone number from being able to contact her as well as blocked us from her Facebook page so that we could not communicate with her on there like we had in the past as well. We were NEVER paid for that final payment from Ms. [redacted] and we could have potentially sent her to collections for non payment of that amount however we chose to do the courteous thing and just eat the loss and not send her to collections for breaching her contract and not paying us the final payment. I have attached a screenshots showing the dates that we attempted to process her final payment on numerous occasions and it never went through.  5th.) And as far as her talking about her [redacted] scores. We explained to Ms. [redacted] that [redacted].com credit scores are NOT her real FICO scores. We attempted to educate Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions that [redacted] scores are called "Vantage 3.0" Scores which are basically fake scores. We attempted to explain to Ms. [redacted] the difference between a vantage score and a FICO score and explained that lenders use the FICO scores when pulling your credit for auto loans, home loans, etc and that just because [redacted] says your score is a 600 does not mean that your FICO score will be 600. As a matter of fact in many cases their are clients who's [redacted] scores are showing 600 and their "REAL" Fico scores are 710. It can vary dramatically. Not to mention at that point the creditmonitoring program that we had Ms. [redacted] using to review her scores every month was [redacted].com which has shown that here scores had gone up roughly 150 points since the date she enrolled with us.  Again this client has not even been a client of ours for over 8 months and this complaint is clearly only coming about because of a PERSONAL issue between my wife, Ms. [redacted], and their friend [redacted] and this is just a way for Ms. [redacted] to take out her anger on my wife by trying to deface my company. I hope that the Revdex.com investigator who reads this realize's that this is a completely frivolous complaint and does NOT post this in our complain history because I have worked so hard for the past 7 years we have been in business to NEVER have a Revdex.com complaint and I hope you can see that this Revdex.com complaint has not validity or ground to stand on. And as far as Ms. [redacted]s Request for resolution of asking for a detailed list of things we did to better her credit we have already provided that info to Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions in previous emails to her upon her request which I have ALSO attached to this email as well for your records to once again show that we have done all of these things Ms. [redacted] is claiming we did not. Thank you for your time and we truly do hope that the Revdex.com agent handling this complaint sees it for what it is and doesn't allow this woman to publicize a complaint that is completely invalid and only is intended as personal payback for a personal issue between her and my wife for an issue they have outside of this actual service with our company. Thank you!
