Showmecables has a policy listed on their website addressing shipping and delivery of orders. The order was placed on 6/at 12:33pm and we actually had the order sent directly from the supplier on 6/30/2016. The order was delivered to Mr***'s front door on 7/1:26pm in Luck,
WI. There must be consideration given that Mr*** did place the order on a holiday weekend which caused a delay in receipt of order. Due to our shipping and delivery terms and policy and also the holiday weekend, Showmecables is not responsible in providing any type of refund to Mr***

International order, cancelled and then wanted a refund by wire.  This is a fraud issue that we needed to investigate before sending monies back internationally through a wire.After investigation, we sent the wire.  It was completed the week of 1/15/2017.We received this Revdex.com on Jan....

I am rejecting this response because:   I paid the company and they accepted 2nd day delivery when I placed the order.  This company need not worry about getting another order from me nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

In accordance with our return policy, the customer has 90 days to return the product.  The product can only be returned if it is in resellable condition, in packaging.  His was returned without any packaging at all.  It was covered with fur and fuzz and he said he dropped it in the...

attic.  There were also noticeable scratches and markings on it.  We sent him an RMA to return it and it was not in resellable condition.  It is up to our quality control dept to make that determination.  We sent him photos and I also spoke with him in person.  We gave him half of his money back, against our return policy.  He continued to fight the condition and blamed us.  He still filed the complaint though we refunded him 50% back.  We operated in good faith and have a documented email chain including the photos we sent him and the RMA.  We can send that if it is necessary.
