This is my way of saying thank you! Showroom auto did the right thing, I bought a car from these guys months ago and I must say the car is very nice, drives like a dream and looks greatI wanted to wait awhile before I write my review just to see how I would feel after driving the car for awhileYes, I am happy! the service was really good and now I can say for sure that the car is also very nice! Thank you!

Showroom auto is a real high class placeService is excellent I purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter's college graduation gift , the staff took there time an I didn't feel rushed are feel any pressure

Went to several dealers here in New York and a couple in New Jersey looking for descent car for my son to go back to school with and it was one dissapointment after another until I found these guysAll their cars were inside which was a plus and they were really friendly and honest we talked about the car and a little about the financing and everything worked out pretty well and the car was in really great shape, yeah I will definitely do business with Showroom Auto again

I called Robert and he confirmed that the price was reduced from $16,to $15,and that was exactly the total price I would pay (excluding taxes and DMV)"No hidden fees, priced to sell," he saidAt the dealership, right before we started filling out the forms, he added $2,to the price saying those were not dealer fees but government fees since the government "forces" them to recondition auctioned vehiclesHe fell short from saying they collected the $2,on behalf of the governmentSo the price was not $15,or even $16,It was in fact $18,And he left that for the endHe had already started filling out the loan application formFor that type of vehicle (a Ford Escape SE), we went from a fair deal to a bad dealThat is why the crooked ones never confirm the price in writingThey would rather callAnd then they can keep lying at willIt seems to be working since innocent people are falling for that

Showroom Auto deserves this rating, Chris was very nice, very attentiveHe explained the process, he spoke clearly and I believe he was very forthcomingI've had the car for about weeks now and I couldn't be happier it was a very good choice picking this company

The staff here was very helpful when I was looking to purchase a new family vehicle and their facility is super cleanI would definitely recommend this place to a friend

I found the best deal on a BMW Series after looking for almost a yearThe staff was professional and very accommodatingNo pressure or ** The vehicle was perfect and the engine in mint conditionMy mechanic was impressedWe both test drove the car and could not find anything wrongThe transaction was great and smoothMy Salesman Leo was professional and knowledgeableChris the manager was great and helped me with everything I am thankful to the team for a great vehicle and a smooth process

Review: On July **, 2015 I made an internet inquiry on a Honda Accord, later that afternoon a woman by the name of Cynthia called. She stated the car was available, I than told her I could see the car the next day after work. I than put a hold deposit on the car until I could see it the next day, she wanted $1000.00 dollars I said I could only put $500.00. She took my card info and charged my car. The next day I met with a Sale man named Dewan, test drove the car liked the car. The price that was listed online $13,481 and the car had about 40,000 miles. We sat down and talked about numbers. Though the car was priced low they also added $2,195 fee for so call prep. I found this odd because the car came with no warranty beyond what a typical used dealership gives 3 months 3,000 miles. At that point he stated I could get extended warranty for more money. When I thought about the numbers at this point he was offerings a car that after everything is added is about $18,000 with taxes and DMV fees and his so called prep fee. Mind you the car had a dent on the left rear. I than told him I had to go home and think about it and will contact him the next morning, He stated he got in after 10am . I was at work and before I started my day decided to email him first thing in the morning. In the email I explained how the prep fee was higher the most dealers added with cars that were certified. Which over the phone I was told the car was certified, it wasn’t. I told him I just wasn’t interested but thanked him for his time. Later that morning I got a call told him I wasn’t interested. The next day he called and told me he just saw my email and that I needed to come in to have my card swiped for my refund. I went in that day after work got my car swiped as well as a receipt. I gave it a week still no refund. I have put holds on cars and have received my money within five business days no hassle. This dealership is has not refunded my money yet I have a receipt for a refund. It’s my money I just want my money back. Even after I went to get my refund they called and stated they will give extended warranty for same price, the women Cynthia texted my cell told them I was looking at another car I wasn’t interested.Desired Settlement: I want my hold deposit that was supposed to be refunded and I have a receipt for.

Review: I Found A 2007 Bmw 335i Online Priced At 15,000. I Went To Show Room Auto & The Car Was 15k I Did All The Paper Work & Gave A Down Payment Of $4000. I Paid For The Extended Warranty $1,500 Seperate From Purchasing The Car. Now Getting My 1st Payment I See I Owe 18k Close To 19k On The Vehicle, But Putting 4k Down On A 15k Car I Shouldn't Be Owing Close To 19k. I Called The Bank & They Told Me That The Car Was Financed At 18,535.62 The Finance Charge Was 5,850.43 With A Total Of 24,386.25 ! I Signed The Contract Believing That I Was Getting This Vehicle For 15k But I Was Charged Nearly 4000 More Which Is My Downpayment So Now I'm Stuck Paying All This Money For A Vehicle At A Price I Didn't Bargain For!Desired Settlement: I Just Want My Car To Be The 15k I Bargained For .. I Don't Think I Should Owe 18k On A 15k Car That I Put A 4k Down Payment On
