My order # 3402 was sent incomplete and the items are bad quality I have reached at them through emails and phone calls and no answer no resolution nothing do not order from them they are thief’s ..400 worth of stuff only got like 80 worth of horrible items the rest I don’t get I wish I read the rebbedore I ordered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They will take your money & will not send you the items you order. They don't answer their phone or emails. My order is # 40101. I ordered back in December 2022 now it’s 02/26/23. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They will not send your items till months later or they don’t send the items at all, very unprofessional and not a very business wise website, I am going to get a legal team to handle the issue with my order. They are not trustworthy.

I ordered from this website on December 3, I have not received 400$ worth of clothes I ordered front this website, I wrote them many emails and tried to call the number online but it was a google number and had no response, this people are trying to keep the items and the money from the order, I don’t know what to do to get my money back or the items, I am tired of contacting them and get nothing back. Do not order from this people, they are a scam.

I have ordered from showroom glam several times and have not been let down once ! Products are just as photographed and the quality to match ! Customer service was timely too if I had any questions about items or shipping! I have shopped others and had bad experiences but with showroom I can always count on consistent service and quality !!!!

Had a big issue over a refund. After listening to what my story was, they were nice enough to not only give me a refund but offer 10% off the next order. It wasn't even their fault! That's pretty chill customer service. My gf was happy and bought another dress from them with the discount. Thanks showroom
