Review: I cancelled a bus that we scheduled for a trip in a timely manner and a refund was supposed to be sent to the Church. I was told that a refund will be sent with the driver on the day of the trip and that did not happen. Then they said they will overnight a check via mail . Then said will wire funds. I keeping sending emails with no reply. I am also calling and every time they keep saying it will be send. Then said give them until June [redacted] and nothing. They do not reply to emails or calls. I am frustrated because this money belongs to the church and why is there a delay in the refund. A very simple situation is being turned into a difficult one. I am hoping this can be resolve.Desired Settlement: All the member of the Church would like is to get back the refund.
