Review: I recently had my windows tinted at showtime about 3 weeks ago on my truck. The first time the windows were tinted the 2 back windows had bubbles so I decided to go there the 2nd time. The 2nd time the windows were "supposedly" fixed and my husband was told that the scratches on the back passenger side window would go away. In the midst of trying to get in contact with someone to help you at the place there are about 3-4 different people who do not know what they are doing I went there on Friday around 1:30 and spoke with [redacted]. He tells me come back around 4 the guy will be here. I come back at 4 and speak with [redacted] and he tells me Monday. I go there today Tuesday because now when I called yesterday which was Monday he said no good. So I go today which is Tuesday to fix my back tinted windows for the 3rd time and the owner which is one of the lazy 3-4 members that own/work there tells me that the window cannot be repaired as there seems to be a problem in the window. The window?!?!? This is a brand new 2013 truck. How on earth is there a problem with the window. I proceed to tell him that the guy who did my tinting told my husband the scratches would go away and he said well I'm telling you he won't fix them and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting there since 10 a.m for the tint guy and it's now 11:30 and he the "supposed" owner says oh I had no idea. I spoke with his brother [redacted], I spoke with his cousin [redacted] and now him. They all say bring back the car and the tint guy will fix it and nothing was done. I paid $170 to have my windows done at this place and they can't even have the deceny to fix them for me. They are very unprofessional and also they are drinking coronas as you are there waiting for your car to be fixed, washed... etc. As the owner proceeded to totally ignore me as I was complaining to him about my problem he showed no interest and never once said let me call the tint guy. He just completely walked away from me and I said I will go somewhere else. Never did he say I'm sorry or I can call the tint guy and ask him if this can be repaired.Desired Settlement: The responsibility of this business should be to not rob peoples money and give them false promises and say something will be fixed as nothing was fixed. They don't deserve to be in business and they should really learn how to value their customers because without your customers you are and will be nothing.
