Review: We signed a contract for regular pickup of six shredding boxes for our DC campus in November of 2013. Since we signed that contract, we have not had a single month where our contract was honored. We have had boxes on our campus which have gone untouched since they were installed. We have sent documents for further clarification of the location of the boxes(this seemed like an unnecessary step since this is the same company which installed them in the first place) and we still have had the same issues for the past 8 months. We have reached out to the vendor constantly requesting the timely removal of our sensitive materials and still our contract has not been honored. We have initiated the termination of our service now, but we wanted to file this complaint so other consumers will be made aware of the vendor's inability to process large-scale clients with multiple locations on a single account.Desired Settlement: Since the terms of our contract have not been honored, we are seeking a full refund of any payments made during the term of our agreement.

Review: Multiple issues. Attempts to reach the company are not followed through on their end. The service is supposed to include for security reasons pick up of three boxes of documents to be shred with the ability for our authorized company rep to go to the truck, witness the shredding, and receive a receipt. All this is to be monitored by two parties - one for them and one authorized person for us. They repeatedly seek anyone to sign rather than seek one of the two who can sign. On the one particular occasion they came and no one was here to sign yet they emptied the boxes without supervision and we did not get a receipt. ALL of these go out of bounds of expected security service. This person could have taken our documents and given them to someone since we weren't part of the process as was promised. This was the last straw. There were multiple events since the contract started and there were many times that I would have to repeat call and eventually someone would respond. The real kicker to this process was the revelation when I cancelled the service is that this is a 3-year contract! This was no where signed off on or agree to when signing the papers with the sales person and it is obscurely written on the back of the contract in fine print in the second column - in other words hidden. They also are trying to say we would have to pay for 20 visits to cancel and at the time this was sent at most we have are 10 visits remaining on this 3-year contract that I was not aware I was signing. Very disappointed in 1) their on-site service, 2) lack of customer service - blaming the customer rather that listening to the customer, and 3) misrepresenting the contract on the day of sales.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of services and for them to pick up their equipment. They have ignored my multiple requests for cancellation and have in fact sent someone to service the boxes bringing the number of remaining visits to 9. They didn't pick up anything since the boxes weren't used yet they indicate on their bill 'serviced 3 boxes'...there was nothing to service.
