Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/30) */ A hydraulic oil line on one of our trucks ruptured on 6/15/in the parking lot of [redacted] located at [redacted] , Minneapolis, MNWe cleaned up the spill the following day (6/16/15)I spoke with Mr [redacted] (Property Manager) on 6/16/We took ownership of the spill and said we are committed to cleaning it upLater that evening (9:PM) Mr [redacted] left a voice mail stating that the clean up was not adequate and that he was going to call the City of Minneapolis, The City of Minneapolis Police Department, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and his attorneyAnd, that he wanted to know who our insurance company wasI called our insurance company on 6/19/and initiated a liability claimIn turn, they provided me with a claim numberAs we all know, insurance companies proceed at their own pace with respect to the claim process (i.eAdjuster, driver statement, photos, etc.)From my perspective, we've responded responsibly, timely, and reasonablyi find this complaint to be baseless
