Dear [redacted] , I supposed you can mark the file satisfactorily resolved as Shredders replied with a down- loadable postage-paid return label yesterday I will send the sweater back tomorrow If, however, I do not receive either an exchange in a size "medium" or a refund, then I will contact you again and reopen the complaint Shredders claims to have been overwhelmed with holiday business and therefore could not reply to my messages in the 24-hour period as they advertised Amazingly, after my contacting you, their logjam opened up and they were able to pay attention to my problem Whether it was your influence or coincidence, I am grateful for the Central Texas Revdex.com prompt intervention Thank you Yours Truly, [redacted]

Thanks for your email We are a seasonal company and were very busy during the holidaysThe customer ordered the wrong size and panicked when we did not respond right away. I have contacted her and
offered her a refund, so hopefully this will get handled as soon as possible. Thanks for your attention and let me know if I can help in anyway. *** ***

I am writing in regards to this complaint. The email is coming to an email that the company no longer uses, so the correspondence went unnoticedI went in to look for some old data when I saw this. The customer opened this complaint a day
after being refundedIs there anyway to revisit this? I have all the necessary proof of the refund. ***
