I have been a member of this facility since approximately and during that time it has had a couple of owner changesWhile I was not thrilled with the previous owner, she far exceeded the current managementThe current owners are not honest nor are they nice peopleDuring the past two years there have been multiple promises made regarding the improvement of the facilities and they are limited at bestThere has been nothing done for members who have stuck through the last two yearsMany members left for a variety of reasons and when feedback has been provided to the owners, it is always someone else's fault, another businesses fault, the town of Shrewsbury's fault, etcThey take zero ownership or accountability regarding their lack of professionalism or interest in responding to concerns of membersI recently canceled my membership and was then harassed by both of them regarding my reasons after specifically requesting that they not reach out to meUpon canceling my membership, I was charged a second $annual facility fee that they had previously charged me for along with my January duesOnce this was discovered, I reached out to my bank and also the SSC to inform me that they had submitted an unauthorized fraudulent charge to my account and I wanted it reversed immediatelyThey did this, but the fact that they attempted to charge me a second time and intentionally after I canceled my membership is simply crookedI strongly recommend anyone considering a fitness facility in the general area find someplace elseThere are less expensive and more reputable fitness organizations to join
