Review: My husband and I have been patients at Apprehensive Patient for a few years. My husband and I needed some work done to our teeth and and it was going to cost us a lot of money so the office manager at the time convinced us that to pay for the services up front and pay it off little by little. We ended up paying it off before the services were rendered. During that time I have had a lot of problems with the work done to my teeth so my husband and I decided that we would find a new dentist. I had paid for $500 in services that were not received. I called and spoke to [redacted] and she said she would take care of it. After a month I had not seen a check I decided to call back. She said she took care of it and that she was going to call the office manager to find out what had happened. She said she would call me back. I had not heard anything in a couple of weeks so I called back. She said that they reprocessed it and as soon as she heard anything she would call me to let me know. Now we are almost in February and after many calls and her promising to get to the back to me, I am beyond frustrated. I asked to speak to the office manager but she would never give me her name. I had to call another office just to find out her name and at least try to contact her. I tried to contact her on January 29th. [redacted] answered the phone and said she was in a meeting and would call me back. I have not received a phone call. I am an office manager at an ophthalmology practice and I would never treat our patients this way. It is beyond unprofessional.Desired Settlement: A refund of the money owed to me immediately.
