Shrewsbury Sport Motors

I'm writing this letter because I purchased a 2002 [redacted] from Shrewbury Sports Motors in [redacted]On [redacted] 2015 I entered an agreement with Shrewsbury Motors to either trade my 2006 [redacted] for a 2002 [redacted] or [redacted] We agreed that I would do a trade, I was told that the [redacted] would be ready in a week. That was not the case I did not receive the [redacted] until [redacted] 2015. I had been calling [redacted] inquiring about when will the car be ready, after 15 days I requested that he give me the cash so that I can buy another car, I was told that he just needed to put new breaks on and then I can come pick it up. On [redacted] 2015 I contact [redacted] and told him that the breaks and rotors where bad. I brought the car back to the shop and was told that I had to wait for [redacted] to come to the shop and speak with him. I returned a few days later and spoke with the father and he agreed to do all the repairs to the car so that it can pass inspection. The father told me to bring the car back in the next day, I returned to the shop the next and was told that the mechanic was behind on other repairs and that he was going on vacation.Here is a list of things that are wrong; 1. all breaks- repaired on **XXXXX 2. rotors- replaced front 2 only [redacted] 3. gas gauge 4. carbon air converter- refuse took the car up there on 4 different occasion I went to the DMV and was giving a print out of the lemon law and show him, he cursed and told me he's been in business for 20 years and that he knows people,Desired SettlementI called the [redacted] police department and file a complaint. I do not want him do any repairs I would like my monies so that I can get a car that will be safe. He also offered to pass my car with Inspection sticker.
