I am rejecting this response because: you state that I bought a blue Merle English bulldog ,by your own admission that is what you stated in your last email .im not alleging you sold me a blue Merle tri as you cleared the tri bit up with me but you did sell me a blue Merle [redacted] is not a blue Merle, hes sable Merle like you stated in one of your emails .the health guarantee states [redacted] is a Merle ,your had states hes a blue Merle and in your email it states he is sable Merle when intact Merle is not a color check it out here .https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merle_(dog_coat) as you will find out on that page im sure you will know this as your such big breeders and im just starting out I received the health guarantee on the 24th of June I paid for the dog on or around the 20th of may so you kept the health guarantee till last minute as I received [redacted] on the 3rd of July well after I had paid for [redacted] so to clear this up he was advertised as a blue Merle , when questioned about color after I paid you ,you told me he was sable as blue Merle is unrecognized now your saying is color is Merle I also have a message from one of your partners or close friend as she says she is stating that the Mindy your partner told her the pups from [redacted] s and his siblings was no good and was not up for sale but she is shocked to find out you sold me one for 20,usdi also see that you are willing to show parts of the messages not all the correspondence I would be grateful if you could show all whats app messages rather than just the ones you choose to use [redacted] will be having full dna tests and also genetically testing him as clearly [redacted] is not pure English bulldogi do allege [redacted] is not purebred as you can clearly see this akc does not mean he is purebred akc means that they have put the trust in the breeder to be honest and tell the the truth akc does not test the dog it is very easy to fake the dog is pure breed .you know your self that you can have an unregistered pup from an unregistered dam and sire and make out the puppies is from an akc dam and sire .I also have a recorded call from the akc backing that up.I have all emails to prove everything like the ones were I was asking you to be fare and resolve the matter you even asked me for my phone number on the 6/8/it is now 24/9/and still no phone call .I also sated if you was not willing to resolve this matter I would publish my story on the web your reply was you don't care about Facebook or the web .im not here to argue with you like I said in the emails I sent to you ,im here for you to be fare about the situation and come to some agreement im willing to negotiate with you and come to an agreement as we both know [redacted] is not a blue Merle like you advertised he is also not purebred.so I would be grateful if your willing to negotiate

There are parts to this buyer's complaint which I will address separately and clearly I am attaching accompanying exhibits to prove our case.COMPLAINT 1: Buyer purchased a merle English Bulldog named [redacted] Buyer alleges we sold him a "BLUE MERLE TRI" Please refer to EXHIBIT 1: HEALTH GUARANTEE signed by the buyerColor of puppy is described as "MERLE" (not BLUE MERLE OR MERLE TRI) as buyer alleges PLEASE REFER TO EXHIBIT & 6: SCREENSHOTS OF ACTUAL TEXT CONVERSATIONS WITH THE BUYER ON JUNE 14, where the puppy's color and DNA were discussed with buyer in detail.Puppy is merle He DOES carry blue (his mom is a blue tri) and also carries the tri gene (meaning he can produce tri colors IF BRED with a tri female) ALL THIS were CLEARLY stated to the buyer (SEE EXHIBIT & FOR SCREENSHOTS OF ACTUAL CONVERSATION)COMPLAINT 2: Buyer alleges puppy is NOT purebred Buyer was provided the following documents attesting puppy is purebred and registered with AKC (AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB):PUPPY'S AKC REGISTRATION (EXHIBIT 2)AKC REGISTRATION RECEIPT (EXHIBIT 3)PUPPY'S ACTUAL AKC CERTIFICATE (EXHIBIT 4)Bottom line, this buyer received exactly the puppy he purchased and he has no grounds for complaint Shortly after his purchase, he saw our new merle tri puppies and was obsessed with obtaining one of them citing complaints about [redacted] going as far as to lie on a formal complaint to bully us into giving him one of our new puppies He made up bogus claims which as you can see from the attached EXHIBITS are 100% UNTRUE He KNEW CLEARLY the color and DNA of the puppy he was purchasing as evident in the screenshots of our actual conversations prior to the puppy's delivery He became upset and disgruntled when we refused to give him another puppy and succumb to his terrorizing and intimidation tactics including slanderous and damaging posts on social media including FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM:Thank you for your time I hope that after reviewing this response and the attached exhibits you would agree this complaint has no grounds and find resolution in our favor
