During a brief initial contact with Mayflower Transit, they turned me over to Debo Moving and Storage at *** *** *** *** ** *** to arrange for my interstate move. Debo, not Mayflower, provided ALL services from the initial sales call at our prior home to loading, unloading into storage, reloading from storage, transit to our new home, and handling of all claims related to the providing all of those other services. Therefore, my Revdex.com claim is and always has been quite appropriately and correctly been directed to the same point of contact, Debo. I have NOT been made privy to any agreement between Debo and Mayflower and must therefore deal with them as any reasonable observer must, based on observable appearances and actionsI have done that and will continue to do so Regardless of what Mayflower and Debo pretend their relationship is, in reality, Mayflower has acted as a sales agent or broker to Debo. That is, Mayflower acted and continues to act as a trusted agent or intermediary in commercial negotiations or transactions, i.e, a broker or sales agent for DeboDebo personnel have signed all agreements and etc. In nearly all cases they signed without printed names and only with cryptic signatures. Notably, they did not sign with any caveat that they only signed on behalf of Mayflower. The Debo company name appears on most documents. The attachments to this response illustrate that clearlyMoreover, Debo stated what they purported to be law, but never referenced any relevant governing authority or even cited specific statute(s). Their alleged authority wording perhaps came from UNILEX, which applies to international case law. But this claim deals with national interstate matters for PA and FLAlso, why did they just now make this contra/post de facto assertion? That is not dealing in good faith
