DO NOT order from the Shu Uemura company! If you return items at your own expense, and they admit receiving them, they will not refund your money even though they had agreed to do so. They have stolen $160.00 from me by not refunding me after the took the items back.

Review: I received the package on Oct 6, and return the original package( did NOT open) on Oct 7 in the[redacted]. Until now, the Shuuemura does not refund. I try to contact the company ([redacted]), but no respond. I want to get the refund as soon as quickly. The order number on Shuuemura is [redacted]Desired Settlement: As soon as possible.

Review: The retail website http://www.shuuemura-usa.com provides customer service contact number. However I've been trying contact that number provided by the company for many years to inquire on purchase or returns that cannot be answered from FAQ, but the line always directs customers to call again or email inquiry. There doesn't seem to be a physical running office with staff because of the way they never actually have anyone to pick up the phone calls. Shu Uemura needs to resolve their customer service issues and handle product delivery and inquiry turnaround time better. Otherwise the company cannot provide false information and have customers call their customer service line when a live representative doesn't exist.Desired Settlement: The company Shu Uemura needs to highly resolve their customer service department. If they continue to provide their customer service contact number to call, then there needs to be a representative who can answer the customer calls. Otherwise, please stop placing false options and remove your customer service phone number.

Review: As of 12/16/15, refund still not received for an order returned on 10/30/15. Have tried contacting Shu Uemura multiple times via phone (no answer, no voicemail capability), online (filled "contact us" form two times) and email (email returned due to faulty email address that had been provided in email).

Timeline:

Order SUS_[redacted] placed online 10/19/15.

Order shipped on 10/22/15.

Order returned on 10/30/15.

Called week of 11/23/15.

Called week of 12/7/15.

Submitted online contact form week of 12/7/15.

Submitted online contact form 12/14/15.Desired Settlement: Refund of $46.56 via original payment (credit card).

I'm not careful when shopping last I Operation of the automatic orders,then in 2/13/2014,I got a Credit Card Information says I Consumption $68.00 on [redacted],then I Open website found it's a autoORDER ,but the oderSTATUS is in process,so I Contact the Customer service says I want cancel the auto oder Because it's an mistake operation,A few days later I received a emali form the Customer service,They said cannot cancel the oder,in this time the oderSTATUS is Confirm but not shipped yet ,then I said Can I return the items,A few days later I received another emali form the Customer service they said I can reject the the package,in this time the oderSTATUS is still not yet shipped then I remind my shipping Address is different from the The last time,so I immediately Contact the Customer service told them my shipping address was changed,If you want to ship,please ship to the new shippingaddress ,in this time the oderstatus is still not shipped yet,A few days later I received another emali form the Customer service said they cannot change the shippingaddress
