Dear Revdex.com,The driveway in question was started like we start Everyone of the plus driveways we do every yearWe clean, brush and prep them with a high power blower removing any dirt or debris from driveway We then seal any oil spots or other fluids before starting the drivewayThe driveway was done and paid for and the customer looked over it, was satisfied and paid for the job Two days later he called and had a complaint about the driveway So I went out and met with him At this point he had made repairs to the driveway with a different driveway sealer that he bought from a store marking, scuffing and making the driveway look terrible I asked him why he had did this any he had no answer The new marks he made with his own sealer would not cover right with our sealer leaving marks that would make it look the same way I tried to explain this to him, but he kept blaming our company for the driveway looking the way it didAlso I have made numerous calls to the customer trying to right the situation, but yet he will not work with us I even offered him his money back telling him that their was nothing I could do with what he did to the driveway He even went as far as putting a sign in his yard bashing my name and the name of my company in a neighborhood where I have over forty happy satisfied customer that I do every other yearIn conclusion I have never in all my years of doing business had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com I have thousands of satisfied customers who use me every two years I ask that this not be a reflection on my name or company My reputation and intergrity is well known through out the York County area I have always and will continue to put our quality work, as well as putting the customer first at all times Thank you for your time Sincerely, Shue's Sealcoating
