I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I took my car in for a SPECIFIC front end noise and yes, it was/is making the exact same noise and I have witnesses that will attest to that.
[redacted] Shuffitt did tell me at the time I paid for his work that it ALSO REALLY NEEDED a sway bar (cost being an additional $150.00). At no time was the sway bar mentioned in his original assessment of the problem. He said it was driving better and sounded better though (NOT TRUE!) There was no noticeable difference whatsoever.
Then in a phone conversation the following day which, yes I told him I was at the zoo and could not talk any longer, he did tell me he would forgo the labor on the sway bar but that he could not "lose" money on the job. However I am out $740.00 now and still driving around with the noise I took to him to repair in the first place, (that he assured me the strut job would fix). His lack of concern about my "losing" money is troublesome. 
I would not have opted to have the strut job had I been told it would not fix the problem.
And as far as any additional noise, I drive my auto every day and think I should know better than anyone if it is making the same noise.
I would like the very least, for the labor charge to be refunded and I will take it to someone who will ACTUALLY FIX the problem.
