Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had reached out to Shuffleboard City numerous times regarding delivery date and was never given any information regarding a delay or other circumstances I had to reach out to them as they never followed up There was no evidence that I would receive the product even though they had my money day one Only when I cancelled the order and filed my complaint did I receive any response As far as rejecting delivery, I had no proof anyone had the product ready to deliver A phone call, well after I had cancelled the order that they wanted to deliver to the site and not to me, are just words which I believe Shuffleboard City uses to manipulate their process SBC says delivery process began on December 9, yet no delivery was attempted until January SBC knew the order was cancelled and yet they say they tried to deliver well after that date Too little communication on SBC's part to me the customer and too coincidental to the complaint I demand and deserve a full refund I believe SBC engages in deceptive practices.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We received an order for a 14’ shuffleboard table on December 9th, This item was shipped via ABF Freight on December 15thThere was a delay in being able to
provide tracking until December 19th due to a mistake at our warehouse
The customer decided on December 30th to cancel her order, well after the order was shippedOur store policies regarding order canceled after shipping can be viewed on our website: http://shuffleboardcity.com/store-policies#returns-exchanges and is copied below:
You decided to cancel your order: If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penaltyIf you do not cancel the order until after the shipping process has begun, your situation will be handled according to situation #below
You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us: If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 20% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handlingIf the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is completeOnce the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us)If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund
