Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: It took awhile to get [redacted] to respond to me, and when he finally responded nothing was accomplished other than I was told it is a business practice for the photogragher and videographer to take months to deliver the work It is not acceptable, when I can see the photographer has worked on other works and posted them online and have gone out to different places for fun when I was told he's working non-stop on mine for months I'm also unsatisfied with the videos I received, it is the same quality as if someone took the video with their cell phone I still want my refund and full actions with deadlines, because I don't know when the business owner will respond back to me Based on my past experience, it'll be weeks again Thanks, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

It took awhile to get [redacted] to respond to me, and when he finally responded nothing was accomplished other than I was told it is a normal business practice for the photogragher and videographer to take 5 months to deliver the work.  It is not acceptable, when I can see the photographer has worked on other works and posted them online and have gone out to different places for fun when I was told he's working non-stop on mine for months.  I'm also unsatisfied with the videos I received, it is the same quality as if someone took the video with their cell phone.  I still want my refund and full actions with deadlines, because I don't know when the business owner will respond back to me.  Based on my past experience, it'll be weeks again.

Review: I hired this photographer for my wedding on August *, 2014, and as of today I still have not received my finalized videos and photos after 6 months of wait. I tried contacting the photographer various time, on [redacted]), phone, gmail, emails...etc in the past 2 months and have gotten answers as "it's coming next week". He missed first look photo when I walk down the isle, and he was late to my wedding as well. He also forgot to book the markup artist, who is scheduled to come to my wedding. I ended up fixing it with the markeup artist. no apologies, and I can't even find him now. Yet he has changed his web site, uploaded new photos throughout the entire time, and places he went to for vacations during this time. I have paid it off in full on the day of my wedding, and received terrible service.Desired Settlement: I want the full photoshopped videos and photos to me in a thumb drive or CD that's easily accessible in 1 week, and I have a refund of portion of my price for the lack of service and the 6 months wait. I also want an apology from him and his business to me and my husband.
