To whom it may concern: On July 29th Byron H***, a Shuler Meats driver, was on [redacted] *** when he saw Mr [redacted] out in his yard and stopped to ask him for directions to JonesvilleMr [redacted] gave Byron directions and also gave him permission to turn around in his drivewayMr [redacted] then directed him as he backed onto the drivewayThe truck then leftMr [redacted] then called Rob W [redacted] saying we damaged his driveway two days laterOctober 30th, we drove up to Mr [redacted] ’s house to look at his driveway to find the driveway (in our opinion) was extremely old with many cracks beginning at the road all the way to the other end at his houseThe crack that Mr [redacted] showed us while we were there was not the same crack that had been drawn on the estimate that he submittedTherefore, we don’t feel we are responsible and don’t feel that we caused any cracks in his drivewayIn our opinion, this has happened over the years from natural and wear and tear as concrete naturally cracksHowever, in good faith we will agree to repair the small section that Mr [redacted] said we cracked, approx ft x ft, not to exceed $Shuler Meats Inc
