I went here for a State Inspection at the beginning of July Lets say the female working up front was not knowledgeable of her work, the State Inspector lets say I know for a fact he did not do his job correctlyhe inspected my vehicle in minutes and we all know it takes at the least minutes to inspect a vehicle going over all the lights, belts, hoses, tires, brakes and not to mention underneath the car requiring most to place vehicle on a lift to be able to put vehicle in the air and look it overAfter leaving the shop my daughter got about miles down the road and developed a slight squeak in her front so she called me and I told her to go back or go to the nearest shop and have it looked over againWell she pulled into another shop just down the road and the mechanic there said there was no way that car could of passed inspectionThe front brakes were below 2/32nd which is not passing and was making the wear sensors go offNot to mention Rotors were also neededSo we had them replaced and I got the old parts and took them back to Shumate and it was confirmed by another mechanic there that there was no way by looking at the pads and rotors this car should of passedDo we not get inspections for the safety of whom is driving the vehicle and the ones around us or is that a lie? lets also say the owner of Shumate C*** is not in the position to run an automotive repair shophe is not mechanically inclined whatsoeverThis place *** and I would not recommend them for nothing!
