Then they said this mic will have this noise, so they showed me Shure FP15, and with this mic the audio quality was much betterThey suggested me to get this FP15, initially they said it will cost INR plus 5.25% taxes, later on they said it will cost INR plus taxesThey said I should return my SVX14/PGand get FPand pay additional INR 12800, or I pay plus taxes and get FPwithout returning my old mic(which is of no use for me)They said this is the best they can do I totally agree that they are doing their best and offering me the best, however my question is - I have a warranty why are they not fixing the problem ? Is it for Shure SVX14/PGto have this continuous noise ? I'm a Maths teacher here and my business is suffering a lotI also upload my full classes on Youtube for people who cannot afford tuition for freeIt is when people watching videos on Youtube complained about the noise, I contacted ShureAnd for the past month or so I m not able to upload any video just because this mic has problems At the service centre they changed the Mic( SVX14/PG) and the audio quality improved by a bit but not OkFPSaudio quality was fine ( Ok for me )I purchased SVX14/PGat INR This mic did not gave good results since day Basically I got a Lemon, and I m struck( If you wish you can please check my Youtube channel - Studyezee ) Not only me, all the students who watch my videos are suffering I m not saying Shure is a bad company, not I m complaining about the Shure representatives hereWhat I m saying is I m not ready to pay INR when I have a warranty !! products and takes appropriate action to address confirmed product field issues. It may be possible in this particular case that the equipment that the customer used with the microphone was contributing to the noise condition.
This product has a one year warranty and the customer is encouraged to contact the local Shure Service Center to address his concerns. Total customer satisfaction with all of our products is Shure's goal and we will work with the customer to resolve this issue.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I was about to order a Sennheiser.

As advised I went to the service center here, yesterday and today. I spent 4-5 hours(this includes 2 hours of travel time
on each occasion) on both occasions without any fruitful result. The issue till remains.

Please note the continuous hissing noise when no one is speaking. I initially went to Shure for this problem, spent 4

to come again today, again I spent 5 hours or so, the representative did all the troubleshooting, still the issue remains.
I have a mic that has this noise !! Then they said this mic will have this noise, so they showed me Shure FP15, and with
this mic the audio quality was much better. They suggested me to get this FP15, initially they said it will cost INR
19000 plus 5.25% taxes, later on they said it will cost INR 32000 plus taxes. They said I should return my SVX14/PG30 and
get FP15 and pay additional INR 12800, or I pay 19000 plus taxes and get FP15 without returning my old mic(which is of no
use for me). They said this is the best they can do.
I totally agree that they are doing their best and offering me the best, however my question is -
I have a warranty why are they not fixing the problem ? Is it normal for Shure SVX14/PG30 to have this continuous noise ?
I'm a Maths teacher here and my business is suffering a lot. I also upload my full classes on Youtube for people who
cannot afford tuition for free. It is when people watching videos on Youtube complained about the noise, I contacted
Shure. And for the past 1 month or so I m not able to upload any video just because this mic has problems.
At the service centre they changed the Mic( SVX14/PG30 ) and the audio quality improved by a bit but not Ok. FPS15 audio
quality was fine ( Ok for me ). I purchased SVX14/PG30 at INR 18500. This mic did not gave good results since day 1.
Basically I got a Lemon, and I m struck( If you wish you can please check my Youtube channel - Studyezee ).
Not only me, all the students who watch my videos are suffering.
I m not saying Shure is a bad company, not I m complaining about the Shure representatives here. What I m saying is I m
not ready to pay INR 12800 when I have a warranty !! Because I m also loosing a lot, I get paid INR 2000 per hour here,
still I m not asking Shure to compensate.
I should say as per your representatives recommendation I m ready for FP15 if they give it to me at INR 19000 plus taxes minus INR 18500 that I paid for SVX14/PG30. Or Shure plesae give me my money back. Or Please fix this mic only as per warranty terms.

Dear Shure,
Mr [redacted] did called me on friday and asked me to come on monday. I went there today. He replaced my SVX with FP15. Now I have FP15 with PG30, and they have SVX with the mic that originally came with FP15. He replaced it at no extra cost to me. And now the issue is being taken care of. Now I have perfect audio with no noise. Now I don't have to waste time editing the audio just because of the noise issue.
