Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I spoke with a Mrs R [redacted] around 12/26/she called me and said she would talk to her supervisor to have this removed the charge $after receiving the Revdex.com complaint after again I explained the charge and was told October I would not be charged! Also the HOA at [redacted] *** also contacted Brittney about the chargeThe HOA has received many complaints about this company And there fictitious billing and poor customer service and hopefully will find a new [redacted] installerThey need to remove this fee is the only resolution Regards, [redacted]

Consumer: [redacted]DSS policy is a minimum charge of $85 for a service call, typically $85/hour.  During the first service call to [redacted]’s on 8/9/17 for installation of 4 receivers the technician was only able to install two receivers due to TVs not being in there. Additionally, the...

tech had to return the next day due to complications with the cabling, [redacted] was only billed $85 for both days of service. On 10/31/17 [redacted] requested a tech come our again to install the third receiver, after having this receiver installed [redacted] refused to make the $85 payment for the service call. [redacted] called and spoke with office staff multiple times and was told payment must be made. At this time no payment has been made.
