Shut Up and Take My Money!

I ordered merchandise online from suatmm.com. I never received the merchandise. I tried to email, call, and message through facebook numerous times and never received a response through any of these outlets. Still to this day, I have not received the merchandise or a credit.

I purchased an item from website and was charged, yet never received said item. Have tried calling phone number listed on website but always goes to voicemail regardless of time when calling.

I ordered a pillow online at suatmm.com December 13th, 2019. I paid $38.08, received a confirmation email that I would be notified when it was shipped. I never got that email. I emailed them twice with no response, and no one answers their telephone line.

I placed order #*** through the company's website on 12/8/2019. I emailed them on 1/4/2020, and 1/25/2020, tried using the chat feature on the order status page, and called multiple times to get an update as I have not received my package. I have received no response, and when I call, it goes straight to a voicemail.

12/4 I ordered crayons (order ***). The order was shipped and returned to sender due to an address issue. I have contacted them via email on 12/22 and 1/4. No reply. I have called their phone number and left messages. No reply. I have contacted them 6 times on Facebook. They did acknowledge me on 1/15 saying there was a problem with the order asking if I wanted the item reshaped. I said yes and gave them the address for the 3rd time. Since then 0 acknowledgement. At this point I just want my money back. They are running a scam clearly and stealing from consumers. Shameful.
