Sold a defective item but won't pay for the return shipping nor issuing a refund I purchased a wine opener over a month ago and received it one month later from China in a lousy packagingI've tested the opener but it did not work as advertisedI've tried it on three different bottles of wine but I could not open any of the threeI noticed that the item was defectiveAir pressure needs to build up inside the wine bottle when I pump the device but the device itself was defective and I hear hissing sound from the air leaking from the outsideI Emailed them to send me a return label since the item is defective but they said in the Email that the return will not be accepted if the item is opened and they will not pay for the return shipping

Failure to send product to correct address and then failure to refund
I ordered some products through PayPal PayPal always provides my correct address The merchant retyped the address incorrectly with a puctuation character instead of a number: ";" They also typed "tk" instead of Rd They now say it is my fault and even though the post office has advised me that the item is being returned to the sender they are refusing to refund my money There are multiple complaints of the same shenanigans by others I will contest with my credit card company but all should be aware of their crookedness

On June 17, in all good faith foolish me ordered your Amazingly Simple Wine OpenerIn fact ordered 2, realized later that I could've ordered that 2nd one at a reduced price....HOWEVER, after providing your site with my credit card # and personal information...I was dragged through multiple sites attempting to trick me into purchasing more items I found the small blue print at the bottom of each offer and declined to purchaseOnce I clicked complete, that order page was gone and then, a page comes up thanking me for my purchase with an order # and ooh yes; a 20% off coupon on my next order, but it is only valid for the next minutes
Am grateful that I printed that page...as it will help
