customer was recently paid back in full with a cashiers check...at the same time we also attempted to inform her that we would correct all repairs made at absolutely no cost to her...she would not even let [redacted] speak...she has several expensive new parts we installed in which we are not concerned...

with getting back at all...this particular customer has been extremely rude since the very first meeting...she has also since recieving all monies back quashed complaint with Arizona ROCthank you very much  [redacted]

We were told and it was written on our paid receipt after they took measurements it would take approximately 2 weeks for our blinds. Two weeks came and gone without a word, my husband starting calling to inquire on the status of our blinds, had to leave several messages before finally getting a return call. When he received a call back he was giving excuses such as the factory is running behind or the factory screwed up our order, never once did Blind & Shutter Repair Dr accept any responsibility. Finally a month after ordering our blinds the day came for them to be delivered and installed, something that should of taken no more than 30 minutes, took 4 hours because they did not fit properly, to make matters worse they are not e correct color, we ordered honey and they are an off-white shade and some of the panels have air bubbles in them. However, being so frustrated with the service and quality we decided not to call them back because they would just have some ridiculous reason why it is not their fault and we just wanted to be done with them! Hopefully posting our experience will keep someone else from having the same ordeal we had!!!
