I would like to tell anyone needing excellent service and repair to do business with Shutter Me Up. I was so impressed with their customer service, attention and consideration shown to me recently. As a monthly renter of a nearby condo, I contacted Shutter Me Up to help when our hurricane shutter that would not raise. I wasn't expecting much attention to be frank.
A technician was sent over that afternoon from a nearby job and attempted to get it open. Despite not being successful, they guided me through a series of maneuvers to get it open. Unfortunately, the motor was inoperable; yet, within two working days, they had a new motor installed, upgraded the dated system and left one happy vacationer!
It was a pleasure to do business with this company and as a business owner myself, I appreciated the personal attention and communication throughout the process.

Randy the owner came out to our condos to demonstrate the use and function of the product we were interested in. We were able to tour his facility in St. Petersburg.
He took great interest and pride in his work. He even took an out of pocket risk of installing that item we were interested in. During the installation I had the opportunity to personally meet the work crew. Great bunch of guys. Polite , punctual and professional......thanks
