Review: The seller agreed to charging me a 25% restocking fee rather than their normal 50% restocking fee in addition to my having to handle the shipping charges on an order that was a mistake. The information on their [redacted] site was confusing and I thought I was getting a 4 paneled shutter. Instead I received 2 paneled shutters. The seller refused to work something reasonable out with me for an exchange, but finally agreed to reducing the restock fee to 25%. He didn't keep to his end of the agreement and charged me a 50% restock fee. In essence, I have paid $300 for shutters I have returned to the seller. The total purchase was originally $427.69. This is outright unethical!

The seller portrays these as custom made and this is the reason for the restock fee. They are not custom made and sit in a warehouse in ILL waiting to be shipped. They were delivered within a week.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund for all the trouble and stress this company has caused me.

Review: Bought was supposed to be a Quallity shutter for my home. After 1 year they began fading after three they look terrible. They said NO warranty on fading and took a week to tell me this. There product is inferior and they know it.Desired Settlement: New shutters or money back. I'd be happy and eat the labor.
