Review: My membership with Shutterpoint Stock Photography had expired on June **, 2013. At that time I had a credit balance which I earned through stock photography sales. The balance was $92.09 at the time of expiration. I attempted to contact this company for follow up to receive my balance on the following dates: June **, July *, August *, and August**. None of my requests were acknowledged in any way.Desired Settlement: Please provide a check , payable to [redacted], of the balane owed to me. Please send to me at the address you have on file for my membership.

Review: I have paid $10 and received confirmation on June **, 2013. I wanted to buy some images but I cannot do it till they add these funds to my account. Till now they have not added the funds and I cannot buy the images. I have sent several messages but did not receive any reply. I should add that I have paid the money through a friend in U.S.A. who used his credit card and was duly billed for this amount.Desired Settlement: They can add funds to my account and let me buy the images I want or they can refund the money to the credit card.

I am a photographer in Australia and have been paying for a subscription service since 2008 with Shutterpoint to upload my images to them and for them to on sell to their customers on my behalf for a small fee.

I have had many sales since 2008 and they have always paid. Since the company has always paid my sales I had no hesitation in renewing my yearly subscription,and uploading images to them for selling.

In July this year they sold $300 worth (10 images @$30each) of my images. The payment conditions are that "payment by shutterpoint of images sold to the owner, will take in effect 30 days after sale".

After a about 5 weeks I contacted them via message on their website and got 'No response"

Since then I have contacted them 'numerous times, via their website enquiry form, and their facebook page. I have left numerous posts on their facebook page asking for my payment , and within the next day my posts are removed from their Facebook page.

I have read on the website forums that other disgruntled contributing members are also still waiting for payments and they too get no response. My membership expired on August [redacted] and I have not renewed coz of the non payment.

I believe that this business is selling photos now and not paying the photographers out and they are still accepting payments from new memberships and renewed members who are unaware of what is going on.

I also read on the forums that one member also like myself had the same issue as me , and as soon as he lodged a complaint with you guys he received his payment within a week. so I took his advice and hope you can be of some assistance.
