Hi [redacted],It was only due to your intervention that we made an exception to offer the customer a refund on return of the garment. As it is clearly mentioned in our ter** that we do not take any returns or exchanges as per the copy sent to you.  All that we have asked for is a restocking fee of $25 for the item to cover expenses like processing, handling and other costs. I think the customer should understand that with online shopping, this is a standard practice that when an incorrect item is sent, a total refund is given. In this case, she got what she asked for. As such we have to cover certain essential costs to keep our business going. [redacted] being a regular online shopper will understand these nor** and close this issue. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
You can clearly see in my original complaint and the attachments provided thereof, I have clearly asked for a size equivalent of size 38 of a reputed ethnic clothing brand [redacted] but the dress provided by Shweta's Kurtis does nowhere mention that it is a size 38 anywhere (the tag on the dress size says M and I do not know what a M corresponds to in her dress sizing as this is the first time I have ordered from her)A little while back she texted me on whatsapp saying you send back the dress and give me the tracking number and I shall refund your money; she never mentioned how much money will she be refunding. In good faith I already mailed the dress (spending $13.10: receipt attached) back to her expecting to get my $74 in full but no where in our messages and no where on the order form has she mentioned anything about any deductions or re-stocking fee for the returns. Now when I sent her the tracking number she says she will pay back only $49 to me and that is not acceptable. I would like to have the amount in full; a sum of $74 dollars, I'm ready to forego the return shipping that I have paid.

It is unfortunate that you asked for the wrong size and are now feeling bad about it. In order to help you, we request that you pay a $25 restocking fee and return the item to us.
