500 then I did tell her if I find anything wrong I would always call her and I did just that as soon as we tore filter apart and realized all the De grids had holes in them and manifold had a big crack in it along with the backwash piston needed new o rings. I called her she gave me the okay to do job so I did it. I also noticed pool cleaner was not working right so I told her about that as well. We spent a lot of time taking that pool from a very dark green to Crystal clear. The right side of the pool was the problem due to so many dead bushes and leaves falling in pool. The circulation was bad on right side of pool and pool cleaner did not reach that far to keep clean so with all the debris in pool algae started to form. I did not charge for a lot of chemicals we kept adding to control algae. I even took off almost all labor charges as well. I just wanted to keep the customer happy. We are a very honest company and we had never had bad reviews about us in 20 years we also have a A+ rating with the Revdex.com. We do very good work and I take pride in what we do. All in all we did our job and we did a great job. The left side of pool was beautiful and the right side just took more Tlc due to the amount of bushes and leaves. I revised the invoice and sent it to customer and never heard back. And for someone to say I'm conning them or incompetent is just down right wrong..... I was very honest and always let customer know what I was doing. We take pools that look bad to looking beautiful everyday. As of today we have still not been paid the remaining balance of what we are owed for the work that was done....
