Si-Co Brick Pavers and Cement

Hit my daughter's vehicle...witnessed by my neighbor. Told me it was my fault for not moving it even though I told them It may not start and they came earlier than contracted to. 800.00 damage and Instead of simply meeting me half way and taking something off the bill I was told: " It's an old piece of st vehicle anyway" Who talks like that to a customer. A 5k job and could have at least offered to take a portion off the bill. Also, was told when they remove and open chain link fence, it's easily put right back into place. NOPE! I had good day fence come after I asked them to fix my fence and took several pictures. Good day fence told me they completely severed the posts. Another 350.00. Business people, even the best make mistakes. It's how they are handled that makes them a good company. I was sent days worth of texting all in caps (yelling). The police came and read texts and told me "DO NOT let this person near your property! Also broke ceramic planter in my backyard. The job was supposed to take place May 22nd. They came on April 30th. Sounds nice, but I was not ready and blamed because they came early (while I was working) and said I had plenty of time to move vehicles when they texted me the night before. DO NOT USE THEM!

Review: I contracted SI-CO to put in a paver walkway and patio. While digging the pavers they broke my sprinkler line in 3 places resulting in me incurring a cost of $180 to a sprinkler company to fix. Si-CO also had a paver which was cracked and it took numerous phone calls to get them to come back to replace. After paying them $4900 cash they also refused to drop off my paid receipt. He was also very rude and nasty on the phone and in dealing with my wife and refused to make any compensation for the sprinkler repair although the sprinkler company confirmed that it was Si-Co who casued the damage.. [redacted], [redacted], also wouldn't drop off our paid receipt. We have pictures of him doing the job.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $180 to compensate for my broken sprinkler line.
