we have tried to contact the customer to resolve this and have not been able to reach him, we are willing to return his cash down

Due to a clerical error this was billed incorrectly.  Contacted Mr. [redacted] and a resolution has been made.  Both parties are happy with outcome.

The price wasn’t changed.  He wanted to make sure we had said unit with a rebate that was set to expire.  He was explained it was a non-refundable deposit and we were holding the unit for weeks.  We built it custom for him.  He backed out of his deal knowing it was not...

refundable.  He complained with the state Attorney General as well and we explained the exact thing to them.

On 2/1/2016 [redacted] brought in a 2006 Arctic Cat 650, that had been previously worked on prior, do not know by who,...

dropped off with plastic and multiple parts removed. Customer complaint was DOES NOT RUN WELL AND BACKFIRES OUT OF CARBURETOR #2. We did a inspection on unit and found that it needed the carbs rebuilt, choke cable replaced, and recommended a full service because of gas in the crankcase due to the carburetors and choke cable not working properly. After two left messages and two conversations later. Customer said do not do anything except change the choke cable. With diagnostic time and parts and labor doing the job the bill was $552 witch was agreed to. [redacted] turned down cleaning the carbs and the full service. We did not add any oil to engine at all. When we was told about the choke cable being ran wrong and stated the bolt was cross threaded allegedly, then we said to bring it in and if it was not correct we would fix it and make it right, [redacted] refuse to bring it back and we offered to pick up for his inconvenience. He was told his carburetors needed rebuilt and they was leaking and this is why his crankcase oil was overfull. [redacted] hung up on our general manager and that was the last we heard about this until we received this message from Revdex.com.
