THIS CUSTOMER DID AGREE TO BRING HER VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO GET TAKE IN TO GET INSPECTED AND FIX WE HAD GAVE HER A 30DAY WARRANTY  WICH THE WARRANTY WAS AGREE ON TRANSMISSION AND MOTOR  AND SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY 50% PARTS 50% LABOR WICH THE OWNER GAVE HER A BREAK ON FIXING THE...

VEHICLE AT NO COST AND IF ANY OF HER BELONGINS WERE MOVED TO THE BACK WAS ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE WORKING ON THE VEHICLE AND DIDNT WANT ANY THING TO BE TAKEN. SHE DID NOT STATE TO THE DEALER WHAT WAS TAKEN FROM VEHICLE AND THE ONLY REASON THE VEHICLE WAS WITH US FOR 2WEEKS WAS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND MECHANIC HAD 2 CARS AHEAD OF HERS AND THE GUY THAT WAS TOWING HER VEHICLE DID GO ASK FOR KEYS WE HAD ALREADY TOLD HER THE CAR WAS GOING TO GET PICKED UP AND SINCE HER BOYFRIEND SAID NO THE TOWING GUY LEFT AND CALLED US TO TELL US THAT THE BOYFRIEND WAS GOING TO CALL HER TO VERIFIED WITH HER THATS WHEN SHE CALLED THE DEALER AND WE TOLD HER THAT IN FACT THAT WAS OUR TOWING GUY PICKING UP THE VEHICLE

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: first and form most they did not address I didn't get paperwork for what was wrong with my car and repairs that were made to my car, second Yes I was told someone would come pick my car up but I was NOT given a specific date or time I contacted them on numerous occasions to get specifics when someone would come pick up my car and got no response on date. Then I was at work and some random person comes to my house and states he is picking up my truck I never got notification from the business that anyone was coming by my house to pick up vehicle because if they had done so I would of had my car cleared out. All I am wanting is paperwork for what was wrong with my vehicle and the repairs that were do r to my car, had I known their would of been lack of professionalism on their part I would of taken my business else were.Sincerely,[redacted]
