As a result, I would like to waive the late fees ($250) and the breach fee ($500) due to the circumstances surrounding your inability to move in and the issues that arose afterward. This would bring your total charges to: Apartment Prorate (Feb) $376.00Rent (March) $738.00 Total $1,114.00 Less Security Paid $ -250.00 DUE to Nob [redacted] Apartments $ 864.00 As agreed we will accept payment arrangements beginning in September. I have outlined below a payment structure that would be acceptable to us. Please review and let me know if you have any issues or changes for me to consider. September 30, 2016 $200.00 October 31, 2016 $221.00 November 30, 2016 $221.00 December 31, 2016 $222.00 Payments for the month are to be paid no later then the last day of the month. Lastly I will agree to remove the account from [redacted] Collections as soon as possible upon acceptance of the above terms.
