The day after paying and signing, locked us out of our new unit forcing us to pay extra on our truck rental.
After signing and paying we let them know we would be in next day to load our unit, next day being a Friday, all they said was that gates close at 10pm, we finish with the truck at our place the next day and come by the unit at 730 to find they had left their lock, over a 3 day weekend forcing us to find another unit and keep the truck extra days at $100 a day.
Refund for current months fees and repayment of truck fees incurred because of their failure.
We are incredibly sorry for the confusion in not removing the lock to the storage unit you purchased in time for you to get here at 7:30PM Friday, 5/29/20. One of our owners saw the voicemail you left us Friday night, Saturday morning and texted you about it at 5:15AM Saturday morning saying he would have the lock taken off between 6:00AM and 6:15AM. He removed the lock and texted you at 6:30AM Saturday morning, 5/30/20, saying he had done so. When our Storage Coordinator called your wife (because she is the main person on the account) to apologize for the confusion, she said that it was okay because you all were able to get your stuff moved in on time as well able get the moving truck returned on time. She did not seem upset at all and told us "not to worry about it." I also emailed your wife an apology Monday morning and offered to give you all a $100 credit on your account (f you provided us with the receipt for the late truck fees) because that is how much you mentioned the truck fees were in your reviews you left for us. She did not reply to that email. I offered the $100 credit if you would provide us with the receipt on the review you left for us on Google as well. Again, we apologize greatly for not removing your lock before Friday night. We acted on this as soon as we got the news of the mistake early Saturday morning and would still like to offer you that $100 credit on your account if you would provide us with your receipt for the fees you paid. Thank you so much for your business and we hope to make this up to you in the future!

We had a turn in time of 6am the day it got unlocked, but didn't turn it back in until just after their very early weekend hours. Either the turn in time didn't matter or they just chose not to charge the extra money, but either way you guys did do right trying to fix it extremely quickly and offering to pay any charges incurred because of the mix up, so I will be changing the review again in light of this offer to show the improvement in service. Thanks for being a good business and actually trying to make it right.
